Chicken and Mushrooms in Garlic White Wine Sauce

YUM! This was really good. I didn’t chop the chicken up into smaller pieces, which I will do next time. I think I made them a little more than bite sized. It was easy to make and VERY good. I think we’ll probably make this again as we have left over wine.
