These received rave reviews. I think Dad ate most of them. *snort* They were really easy to prepare. I blended the cream cheese with the herbs and it was rather thick. I thinned it out with a little milk so I didn’t have to mutilate the crab when I tried to fold it in. It made LOTS of filling. We doubled the recipe to make 20 mushrooms. We made 16 and still have LOTS of stuffing left over. We’ll probably make some more tomorrow.
